On the heels of news that Tommy Oliver's feature film directorial debut, 1982, was one of 8 deserving projects selected to receive a total of $340,000 in funding from the San Francisco Film Society / Kenneth Rainin Foundation Filmmaking (SFFS/KRF) grants, comes your first look at the film via its first official poster, which you can see in full below.

Congrats to two projects we've been following since last year, that have been selected as winners of the San Francisco Film Society / Kenneth Rainin Foundation Filmmaking grants (SFFS/KRF), totaling $340,000, awarded to narrative feature films at any stage of production.

In what will be his first role since booking the lead in 42, the Jackie Robinson biopic which opened impressively last weekend, Chadwick Boseman is in talks to join the cast of another sports drama, this time playing a linebacker in a project to be directed by Ivan Reitman titled Draft Day.
