Djimon Hounsou will star alongside Orlando Bloom in French director Jérôme Salle's new feature titled Zulu, which is based on French author Caryl Férey’s award winning crime novel of the same name.

It's a film that, at one point, seemed like it wouldn't see the light of day but now it looks like Eddie Murphy's latest comedy, A Thousand Words, will finally hit screens.  Slated to be released in the UK on April 6th, here's a first look at the latest poster for the flick.  It hits stateside on April 20th.

Summit Entertainment is close to securing a director for it's planned sequel to hit action film Red, THR is reporting.  The film starred Morgan Freeman, Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, and Helen Mirren; all of whom are expected to return for the sequel.

British actor Nonso Anozie, who can currently be seen trying to keep from being eaten by rabid wolves in The Grey, and will soon appear in HBO's second season of Game of Thrones, will join the previously-announced Viola Davis in the sci-fi film Ender's Game, based on the popular book by Olson Scott Card.

We haven't mentioned this project in a while since we posted the trailer and first synopsis, besides the fact that it's screening at the Pan African Film Festival this weekend. Well now, Mario Van Peebles' We The Party will also screen simultaneously on the east coast in Boston at the Roxbury International film festival. Although different time zones, both will screen tomorrow 2/19 at 7pm.

IFC Films has acquired North American rights to the Sundance indie dramedy titled Predisposed, which Tracy Morgan stars in, along with Melissa Leo, Jesse Eisenberg, Tanya Wright, and Isiah Whitlock Jr.

A little late getting this out but it appears the great iconic actor and Chicago native Dick Anthony Williams passed away on Wednesday (Feb. 15th) at the age of 73.
