After joining Twitter less than a month ago (he's amassed close to 60,000 followers since then, with his very first tweet being "Mr. T is on Twitter. You're welcome fools!"), Mr. T has launched a new web series titled, what else, Ask Mr T.

As we have conversations about TV networks no longer really giving new TV shows a chance to breathe, NBC has announced that it's canceled its Jekyll-and-Hyde-ish thriller, Do No Harm, after just 2 episodes!

I haven't received a press release with the numbers yet, but I'm guessing that last night's ratings for ABC's Scandal likely hit another series/season high, or somewhere around there, given the increased level of social networking activity last night - at least, I felt like my Twitter and Facebook feeds were dominated by posts about Scandal, during that 10 to 11p hour - and not only from women, by the way, although they were in the majority.

"I was a little concerned because [the character has] a scandalous relationship with the [occupant of the] White House," the actress says of her role, which is based on a real-life Beltway insider. "I thought, 'If the president on the show is Black, I will not do the show.' Because to me, it was too important a moment. I didn’t want to do anything that compromised my relationship with the [president] or that made it seem like I had an insider view on the Obama presidency [...] I thought that would be so disrespectful and so against all the work that I had done."
