CBS Pulls The Plug On "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior"

Was anybody watching this show? I wasn't, and evidently neither was anyone else since CBS has officially cancelled the spin-off of Criminal Minds, which was toplined by Forest Whitaker , citing weak ratings.

It came down to Criminal Minds of CSI:NY (which suffered a drop in the ratings this season), as to which show would survive; and CBS decided that there was still life in the CSI series, which was renewed yesterday, but probably not for an entire season.

Suspect Behavior never seemed to catch on with viewers, and since they're doing well with their other series, such as The Good Wife, Blue Bloods, NCIS and its sister show NCIS: Los Angeles, the netwrok felt it could afford to lose Suspect Behavior.

But don't worry, no doubt Forest won't be out of work for long.

I thought it was already cancelled!

This show got better as it went along. I expected a few cast changes to increase the chemistry, but overall, I'd begun to like it as much as the original. Too bad.

I don't watch CBS procedurals...they all feel like that commercial for "HBO Go" where they say exactly what they are doing, the cliched intentions of the writing team. LMAO

I will admit, I still watch the L&O's...at least the ones still on the air :-P

I never really watched the original, but I watched this because of Forest and I agree with tue that the cast had no chemistry even though I only watched one of the early episodes and maybe they didn't have time to gel...BTW I saw some of that NCIS: Los Angeles with L.L. Cool J and felt the same way about that show.

I am not surprised one bit. I watched the pilot episode and it was so boring i couldn't get into the cast they were so disconnected.

The original Criminal Minds is way better. The creators/producers were trying to create a CSI series like where you have NY, Miami and what not but it failed.

Not surprised by the cancellation, there was no chemistry between the actors. Love Forest but he can't carry the show by himself, with the right team it would have worked.
