From Deadline: "Don Cheadle... is expanding his relationship with the pay cable network through a first-look deal for his Crescendo Prods. Under the one-year pact, Cheadle and his producing partners Kay Liberman and Lenore Zerman will develop and executive produce series projects for Showtime."

Cheadle already has a new series heading to Showtime next season (which he's also starring in) - a dark comedy titled House Of Lies, based on the book House of Lies: How Management Consultants Steal Your Watch and Tell You the Time by Martin Kihn.

So this makes sense; Let's see what Cheadle cooks up next for Showtime.

I am really happy about this. He has mad projects that were supposed to be set up at TNT, TBS & NBC. Hopefully he can pull them to Showtime & get new stuff going.
