Donald Glover is reportedly developing a new TV show for NBC, with 30 Rock co-executive producer Matt Hubbard.
Of course, Glover will star in this new series, which TV Guide calls "a big get for NBC," and further says that NBC has committed to it, and is close to sealing a pilot deal.
The yet-to-be-titled series will be loosely based on Glover's life as an actor, comedian, rapper (as Childish Gambino), writer...
Glover will continue with Community in the meantime, which returns to NBC on Friday, October 19, at 8:30/7:30c.
Peter Traugott and Rachel Kaplan are also executive producers on the project, which Universal Television backing.

I have a feeling (along with probably everyone else for a while) that this may be the end of Community(sadly).So I don't really blame him for looking for new opportunities.Hopefully it gets picked up.
