More news and views from the western front... if you didn't catch yesterday's discussion from the WGAW, click HERE; lots of good info there.

This time, courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter... a full unedited interview with today's top television showrunners, including Shonda Rhimes of course.

The panelists include: Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad), Howard Gordon (Homeland), Shonda Rhimes (Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, Scandal), Glen Mazzara (The Walking Dead), Veena Sud (The Killing) and Terence Winter (Boardwalk Empire).

Topics of conversation include: the pressures of their jobs, working through writers' block, replacing cast/crew, working in a collaborative environment, receiving feedback from staff and fans, the "torture" of Twitter, killing off your lead, and more.
