Deadline is reporting that the Fox network is currently in negotiations with Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, as well as producer Randall Emmett and Imagine TV(Brian Grazer, Ron Howard) for an animated comedy series based on Jackson's childhood.
The project will center on a mischievous but well-meaning kid who frequently gets into trouble with his eccentric family and others in their 'hood.
Carl Jones will assume writing duties.
Last we checked in on Fiddy, he was developing an hour-long drama series for the Starz network titled Power, which will follow on a New York nightclub owner who skirts the line between legitimacy and criminality.
He's also teamed with Maria Menounos & Emmett/Furla to develop an unscripted series titled Teen Court.

If the show is anything like his first book From Pieces to Weight which chronicled his childhood it might be good. No bs, that book was hilarious!

I like to see Fiddy still out there winning but a cartoon series......not so much. It won't last anyway, it will quickly die like Kid n Play and M.C. Hammer's cartoon series.

I really thought that, we as a nation were trying to put an end to the "Gun Culture" and stop Glorifying it.
