I just got word that BAMcinématek in Brooklyn, NY, will host a sneak preview screening of Steve McQueen's critically-acclaimed, NC17-rated sex addiction drama Shame, on Monday, November 14th, at 7PM.
Following the screening will be a Q&A session with 2 of the film's co-stars James Badge Dale (who plays Michael Fassbender's boisterous boss) and Elizabeth Masucci (who features in a couple of scenes with Fassbender, including an exterior *quickie*).
Tickets are $12 for general admission. If you're at all interested in attending this early screening, I strongly suggest you purchase your ticket(s) now, because I"m pretty sure they're going to sell out very quickly, once awareness of the screening starts to spread.
You can do so HERE.
Earlier today, I posted a clip from the film, featuring Nicole Beharie and Fassbender in an extended scene, as well as the US theatrical trailer. See both of them HERE, if you haven't already.
