Fans of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit may be pleased to know that one of its co-stars, Ice-T (who recently jumped into the reality TV show game) has signed a new deal that will see him remain on the series for at least 2 more years.

The rapper/actor/reality star broke the news on Twitter, tweeting: "I've just locked in my new SVU deal... So I'll officially be back for the next 2 years at least. DONE."

I actually didn't think the series would continue for another 2 years, especially with star Christopher Meloni (aka Detective Elliot Stabler) leaving. Though Mariska Hargitay, the other series star, is returning for next season to a series that's now going into its 13th season.
