It's a blog based around the lives, thoughts and opinions of the two creators of VSB, Damon "the Champ" Young and Panama Jackson. And now they're making a move to another medium with their own series entitled (what else?) Very Smart Brothers: The Series.
The series will revolve around two bloggers who fumble their own dating mishaps while making a successful living as relationship experts.
The series is being produced by Earl Bolden Jr through his production company Solo Journey Productions, and stars David Hunter Jr. (left) and Lou Breckenridge (right); and currently there's an IndieGoGo campagn to raise fiunds to finance the series' pilot episode, with photography slated to begin on November 12th.
Go HERE to find out how you can contribute.
Below is a promo clip for the series with the two leads.

I really love the show, but I think this new actress Rose Todd would be a great addition to it.

I read the VSB blog from time to time and this does not capture how witty the Champ and Panama Jackson are. One of the key components of the blog is the audience participation and discussion in the comments section.
Comedy is clearly difficult and doesn't always come across as intended, or translate across mediums. This promo clip does not inspire confidence. I really wish it did, because now I have nothing to convince me that this series is worth seeing, much less investing in it.
They needed a prelude and then a litmus test to gauge audience interest before asking for money. I hope they prove me wrong.

The actor in the right's name is LEO Breckenridge, FYI.

I love their website! I was just telling my mom about VSB the other day. I told her that some of the content will probably be too risque' for her eyes/ears, but it's a great website. I'm happy for the brothas. Side note: The guy on the right has AMAZING skin.

I didn't even know they were trying to create a pilot! Where have I been? (and I follow them through RSS feed too).
