Jaleel White, probably best known for his role as "Urkel" on the hit show Family Matters, will make a guest appearance on this year's premiere episode of House.

Apparently, on this special episode House (Hugh Laurie) and White will be prison cell buddies. According to Tvline..."The prison-set House opener, intriguingly titled “20 Vicodin,” picks up a year after the events of May’s finale and also features a guest turn by Michael Paré (Eddie and the Cruisers) as the warden."

White continues to steadily work in television. He just made guest appearances on The Game, Psych and Boston Legal.

House premieres Oct. 3 on the Fox network.

I'm glad to see that casting directors are seeing past the hole "Urkel" thing and giving him a chance.
