Well, here ya go folks... the marketing campaign for Quentin Tarantino's highly-anticipated Django Unchained continues in bits and pieces, leading up to that first trailer, which will reportedly be attached to prints of Prometheus (which opens next week Friday, June 8).
Although I expect it'll likely show up online before then.
Here are more photos from the film, featuring Jamie Foxx as the titular Django, as well as Christoph Waltz as Dr King Schultz (or is it just Dr. King?), and Leonardo DiCaprio as plantation master and resident villain Calvin Candie.
The images are courtesy of Empire Magazine.
Django Unchained will be out on Christmas Day.

I like that the sets and costumes so far are a lot brighter and colorful than you expect from cowboy films.

You all make great observations. Personally, I was troubled by the perfect edge up that Django is rockin.' (hee, hee)

Sounds like an Oscar for Kerry I can practically hear her speech now...

Marketing oversaturation does not bode well.

Well Misha, here we are at the bridge one more time. I read your comment below and while doing so, I also invisioned an image. Well, we've both agreed that we are on different sides of the fence. On one side, my heart is racing in anticipation of this flick, yet on the other side, I have an image of you looking like you've just smelled a bag of rotten eggs every time someone mentions it's name (smelling your upper lip). So, since we have at least 6 months to do this thang, I thought I'd lead. I mean, let me explain --> There's only one, but she's not around. She knows I love her and she knows who she is, but she's undecided about how she feels. So I'm forever mackin' if the one I love don't love me back, I don't want to kill the messages with you... forever mackin' if the one I need don't need me back, I'm not gonna quit unless it's with you :-). LOL @ that first pose. Really, Jamie? Appears as if Tarantino is trying too hard with this one. Jamie, Leo and Christoph all look like they're playing dress up. And I'm not sure if it's a good or bad sign that we've seen no stills of Kerry Washington as Broomhilda?

Actually, it was reported via Empire Mag that the release date is now January 2013. Not sure if it's been confirmed yet.

Chartreuse is a great color for Mr. Foxx.
