  I like that the sets and costumes so far are a lot brighter and colorful than you expect from cowboy films.

Jamie must have stopped by the chitlin circuit barber shop, down by Eve's Bayou, on his way to rescue his wife Kerry Washington (Broomhilda), who btw, is probably in the arms of her new white lover, Fitzgerald "Fitz" Grant, played by Tony Goldwyn.   Well Misha, here we are at the bridge one more time. I read your comment below and while doing so, I also invisioned an image. Well, we've both agreed that we are on different sides of the fence. On one side, my heart is racing in anticipation of this flick, yet on the other side, I have an image of you looking like you've just smelled a bag of rotten eggs every time someone mentions it's name (smelling your upper lip).   LOL @ that first pose. Really, Jamie? Appears as if Tarantino is trying too hard with this one. Jamie, Leo and Christoph all look like they're playing dress up. And I'm not sure if it's a good or bad sign that we've seen no stills of Kerry Washington as Broomhilda?

  Broomhilda is more plot device than character. She's there to be brutalized, raped, and fetishized by a bunch of creepy white dudes (See: Quentin Tarantino) . Nothing more. Wonder what Kerry will say when the shit hits the fan...uh, I mean when this movie hits theaters.

  You're probably not going to see any stills of Ms. Washington as she is butt-nekkit-greazy throughout most of the film, unfortunately. As fine as she is, it's sad this fact doesn't excite me.
