Janet Jackson In Early Talks To Join "The X Factor"

It was exactly last Saturday morning when I posted an item from The Hollywood Reporter that revealed that Fox TV and the producers of The X Factor were going to start negotiatons with Whitney Houston to join the show as a judge next season.

Needless to say, the news later that same day put an end to all that. Even Simon Cowell revealed a few days ago that indeed they were planning to officially start talking to Houston this week about joining the show before events took a tragic turn.

Now once again THR is reporting that very early "preliminary" talks have begun with Janet Jackson to join the show. When questioned by Anderson Cooper yesterday about any possibility of her becoming involved with the show, Jackson was very coy and said that she wasn't a judge on the show...not just yet. But she definitely hinted that something was going on behind the scenes.

Reportedly Cowell is also very much interested in having Pink coming on board as a judge on the program as well.

That's a creepy picture of Janet Jackson. She looks lobotomized and demonic at the same time. In a nice morning glow to boot. **shudders**

I admit that it's an odd picture but it was the best one I could find of her face. Most pictures of her I saw were her in a thong bikini showing off her abs (that is, back then) and believe me it was REALLY REALLY HARD NOT for me to post that photo. And I may yet still do it

I wouldn't mind Pink being on there. Not that I watch that often. But she seems a much better character for the show than Janet.
