For The Love Of Movies... Can We Talk?Jennifer Hudson, Octavia Spencer On Board For Lifetime's Anthology Series 'Five 2'
Jennifer Hudson and Octavia Spencer are joining Melissa Leo and Sarah Hyland to star in the Lifetime anthology movie Five 2, which chronicles the lives of various characters dealing with breast cancer.
Laura Dern is on board to direct one of the segments in the anthology.
The first film in the franchise, Five, which Jennifer Aniston exec produced, aired on the network last year. Aniston returns to again in the same position for Five 2, along with Marta Kauffman, Kristin Hahn, Kevin Chinoy and Francesca Silvestri.
Sony TV is producing.

I am happy for her. I think her working under Sony, will be a good thing. Sony Screen Gems which has worked with Will Packer and Rob Hardy seems to be open to supporting films with a diverse cast.
