Jennifer Lopez is reportedly developing an hour-long drama for ABC Family that will center on a lesbian couple (one a police officer and the other a school teacher)... "who suddenly have their already child-heavy household turned upside down when a wayward teenage girl moves in."

Their "already child-heavy household" will include one biological son and adopted teen twins - a boy and a girl.

No, J-Lo won't be acting in this, although she plans to guest star from time to time. Her primary role here is as executive producer of the series, which Deadline says ABC Family is fast tracking.

No word on casting however; might we see a "colorful" pairing - as in neither woman who makes up the lesbian couple is white?

Stay tuned...

You mean there could be gay people of color? Wow, what a concept!! This should be interesting to see who'll be gay for pay, or whether or not Hollywood's standard operating procedures fall into play.
