So if you're wondering why you should take time out from your busy, or not so busy, schedule to join the S&A live podcast show this Sunday (4:00pm/ET), I have two words for you...Datari Turner.  The former model-turned-actor/producer is making some big moves in the business and he plans to tell us all about it.

As an actor, he's appeared on such shows as Moesha and Boston Public while his producing credits include the films Video Girl and Dysfunctional Friends among others.  His most recent co-production is the Sundance nominated drama LUV starring Common.

We'll also discuss some of the hottest topics on the blog this week and S&A contributor Sergio will be reviewing Black Venus (uh oh, you know what that means!).

So make sure to join us HERE on Blogtalk Radio this Sunday.  And remember, the chat room is open as well.

See ya there!

I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Turner! I particularly love his passion for producing/creating films. When asked if he would like to be like the Grazers or the Bruckheimers in terms of "marking" his films as a "Datari Turner Production", I like how he responded. I like his passion but also I like how humble he seems and how straight up he was about the industry and how he's navigating it according to what he's learned and what he hopes to do in the future. Such a great discussion and he's only 32?!?!?! Whoa! God bless and Godspeed, Mr. Turner!
