I thought it was...okay. The opening scene was so highly stylized, the El DeBarge cameo was too much, and I feel Paula Patton is not leading lady material. I like her a lot, so this is not hating, but feel she is miscast in most things. The Akils seem to invest a lot in her career, but I would like to see her in other roles than rom-com lead.

I'm looking forward to the DVD release date. I really enjoyed the film. I laughed and enjoyed the eye-candy. It was a feel good, up beat film. That's just what everyone needs.
