Last month I reported HERE that both Blade and the third film in the series, Blade Trinity (which I never thought was bad film, but that's a minorty position) were coming out on Blu-ray DVD June 19th, through Warner Home Entertainment.

Oddly though, there was no mention back then of an upcoming blu-ray release of Blade II which was directed by Guillermo Del Toro, and some wondered if it was an oversight or if WHV was planning to skip it, instead giving Trinity the full blu-ray treatment.

Not to fear however; Warners has announced that it will release the blu-ray DVD of Blade II on July 10th which will include an all new commentary by Del Toro, a Director's Notebook feature, and a feature on screenwirter David Goyer (who also wrote and directed Trinity).

It's not just a minority position - it's a ludicrous one. That was one BAD movie
