He currently stars in TV One's new original series, Belle's, and he does stay quite busy both on the big and small screen, and now veteran actor Keith David has been cast in a new Fox comedy pilot titled Enlisted.

Created by Kevin Biegel (Cougar Town), Enlisted is based on Biegel’s relationship with his family, and will follow three brothers with very different personalities who are working together at an Army base in Florida.

Keith David has signed up to play a Command Sergeant Major Cody Wallace, described as an intimidating 30-year army veteran who puts the oldest brother in charge of a unit of "dipsh*ts and slackers."

David appeared in at least 7 feature films last year, from low-budget indies like The Last Fall, to big budget productions like Cloud Atlas.

He also does a TON of voice over work. I saw "Belles" for the first time this weekend, and it's actually a decent show. MUCH, MUCH better than the "Ricky Smiley Show" and "Love That Girl".
