Keith David will guest star on an upcoming season 2 episode of Fox’s Touch - the series that once co-starred Danny Glover (he made an exit after the first 6 episodes of season 1) and Gugu Mbatha-Raw (she's not returning for season 2).

TVLine reports that David will play a character named Dutch, described as "a grizzled ex-Navy Seal who’s also an old friend of Kiefer Sutherland’s character, Martin."

What that episodes plot will be, and how David's character will be involved in it, aren't yet public.

The series centers on a father (played by Sutherland) who discovers that his genius son (Jake, played by David Mazouz) is communicating with him through a complex series of numbers and is able to predict events before they happen.

Season 2 of Touch will debut in January 2013.

David, one of the hardest working actors in the biz, can currently be seen in Cloud Atlas, and Matthew Cherry's The Last Fall.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had a bigger role in "Cloud Atlas" than that was anticipated. He has one of the best speaking voices in the ENTIRE entertainment industry.
