Actor/screenwriter and graphic novel creator and writer Kevin Grevioux, better known as the guy who conviced the vampires vs. werewolves Underworld film series and who we have covered before here on S & A has a new film project set to go.

The project is I, Frakenstein based on Grevioux's graphic novel in which ""Frankenstein’s creature, Adam, has survived to present day due to a genetic quirk in his creation. Making his way to a dark, gothic metropolis, he finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans".

.Aaron Eckhart will play the role of the monster in the film which will be directed by Stuart Beattie, who wrote the screenplays to Collateral, G.I. Joe and 30 Days of Night.

Grevioux will co-exec-produce the film with Hopscotch Features' Troy Lum who will co-finance the film with Lakeshore Entertainment who will handle international sales and Lionsgate who will release the film domestically while Hopscotch will distribute the film in Australia. The film is set for release in the U.S. in Feb.2013.
