About That Popular 'Black Films Don't Sell ...Laurence Fishburne's Son, Langston Fishburne, Takes A Stab At Acting In WIGS Series
2 years ago, Laurence Fishburne's daughter, Montana Fishburne, thought that starring in a porn movie would boost her acting career (where is she now?), but his son, Langston Fishburne, has opted for the *traditional* path, following in his father's footsteps, taking a stab at this acting thing, by co-starring in 4 episodes of a new WIGS series, Vanessa & Jan.
As a quick recap...
Created by filmmakers, Jon Avnet and Rodrigo Garcia, WIGS is a new YouTube channel producing original, scripted series, short films, and documentaries, all starring female leads.
WIGS will take you on an unpredictable, often outrageous journey into the lives, loves, and lies of our characters. WIGS. Where It Gets Interesting.
We featured 2 episodes from another WIGS series Christine, which stars America Ferrera - one with Brandon Fobbs; and the second with Gary Dourdan.
Add Langston Fishburne to the list of black men featured on episodes of series within the WIGS family; except he's without the acting experience the other two have.
In Vanessa & Jan, Langston makes his debut in the second series focused on speed dating. New episodes debut every Monday.

I'd been watching WIGS series on and off since it got started and there is a lot of interesting shorts/series there. As short as the segments are, I still don't feel as if I have the time to watch them all! This one was also in my cue but I haven't gotten to it yet (of course).
Didn't speed dating also figure into the Christine series as well??

I think I've found a new series and a new actor to look out for. Not bad for a first timer Langston!!! I hope he continues to succeed and can outdo his father's legacy.
As far as Montana, what is going on with her???

I thought Montana Fishburne was very convincing in her debut role. Me have all her films. Had she only stuck at it, she could have been a star.
