Marlon Wayans and Mike Epps are attached to star in the Sony Pictures buddy action-comedy Any Means Necessary, which tells the story of 2 estranged brothers who pair up to go undercover, according to Deadline. The fact that one brother is a cop (Wayans), and the other is a criminal (Epps), should only add to the drama and comedy.
Originally written by David Elliot and Paul Lovett (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra), Sony and producer Neal Moritz have tapped Rodney Barnes (who's previously re-writing scripts for Think Like A Man, Think Like A Man 2, and is the Executive Producer of Boondocks) to rewrite the script for Any Means Necessary, as the project becomes a priority for the studio.
No director is said to be attached yet.
Wayans was most recently seen in A Haunted House 2, the sequel to his 2013 horror comedy, which opened April 18, 2014. The busy Epps appeared alongside Forest Whitaker and Anthony Mackie in the psych thriller Repentance.
