Many of you weren't too impressed with the first trailer, based on the comments you left; well, how about this one, which aired during tonight's presidential debate?
It's another Steven Spielberg historical epic drama - this time centered on Abraham Lincoln; specifically, the 16th President's tumultuous final months in office, with the nation divided by war and change on the horizon, as he pursues a course of action designed to end the war, unite the country and abolish slavery.
Daniel Day Lewis stars as the title character, and he's joined by Sally Field, Tommy Lee Jones, and several other revered acting talents, like David Oyelowo and Gloria Reuben.
The film opens November 9th.
Given the subject matter, expect to see lots of black actors in peripheral roles.
