Mary J. Blige Recording A Song For "The Help" Soundtrack;" Listen To Sample + See New Footage

In the video clip below, Mary J. Blige talks about her reactions to The Help, which she's apparently seen, since she was asked to write a song for the film's soundtrack.

The song is titled The Living Proof.

In addition to hearing a sample of the song in the clip, you'll also see a few new scenes from the movie that weren't in the trailer.

The Help debuts in USA theaters on August 12, 2011.

    I really appreciated Mary's comment that these women chose to walk in love and forgiveness. That quiet legacy holds great power. It lives on in all our hearts today.
