Season 1 and 2 are currently available on Hulu, so I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise that season 3 will be as well.

Those in the UK are already enjoying season 3, which began airing on channel E4 at the end of October; and according to AOLTV, the third season of the quirky, vulgar, smart teen dramedy Misfits will premiere on Hulu for stateside fans of the series (and I know several S&A readers are) on December 19 (a Monday), with all new episodes every Monday.

Recall Emmanuel's post a few weeks ago about a potential stateside remake of the series for American television; no further word on where that stands.

But it looks like you still have time to enjoy the original creation before it's likely watered-down, vanilla USA version is realized. Just head on over to Hulu for the first 2 seasons.

But first, watch the below newly-released behind-the-scenes video of the young UK cast sharing their thoughts on Misfits' being made available for American audiences:

I'm from America and I've kept up with season 3 of the Misfits. So far it's still pretty consistent even without Nathan. Rudy is a great addition to the cast. Joe Gilgun plays the role so well I actually feel like it's slightly more balanced this way. Robert Sheehan chose to leave. If you're a fan of the series give more credit to the writer(s). I think this is the best season so far. I really like the 1st too. The 2nd season gave me doubts near the end. That Christmas episode was terrible.

Soooo looking forward to Season 3, the wait was killing me!!! The friends that I put on to this show are either done with Season 2 or almost. Wait till I give them the good news =)
Screw the American version, that crap will not make it pass the 3 show.

I love, love, love Misfits. It's a such a quintessentially British show about young people and that's rare. I'm terrified of how the American version is going to turn out, especially if the American versions of Being Human and Skins (both now cancelled) are any indicators.

I've been watching Season 3 on the interwebs. Not nearly as good as seasons 1 & 2. I pray to everyone's deity that an American version is not made.

I've been watching season 3 too. What do you think of the new guy? I think he is gross where the other guy was witty. An American version wouldn't be so bad it they kept it edgy not trendy and didn't copy the stories but used the concept and maybe even bridged the two shows.
