The first 3 seasons of the award-winning, critically acclaimed series Misfits are all available on Hulu right now, for those (in the USA) who aren't yet caught up, as season 4 looms.
It was announced in December 2011, as season 3 ended in the UK, that a 4th season of Misfits was given the greenlight and ordered by the network (Channel 4). We can now announce officially that series/season 4 will return to Channel 4 in the UK, at 10pm on Sunday October 28.
But USA fans will be excited to know that episodes of the cult favorite series will start airing each week, beginning the following day, Monday, October 29 on Hulu exclusively. It's been announced that, for the first time, unlike past season, Hulu, the first USA home to the sci-fi series, will exclusively premiere episodes in the USA IMMEDIATELY after episodes air in the UK.
So, no more waiting! You'll get to see each season 4 episode at the same time that our friends across the pond do.
The provocative, outstanding series which proves that superpowers, hormones and court-ordered community service can be an entertaining combo is written and created by Howard Overman (Merlin), and continues to earn international acclaim.
Season 4 will see the return of Curtis (Nathan Stewart-Jarrett), Rudy (Joseph Gilgun) and Seth (Matthew McNulty), and new heroes, Jess (Karla Crome) and Finn (Nathan McMullen).
But that's not all...
A week after Emmanuel reported on news that the first series/season of another Channel 4 hit, the university-set comedy Fresh Meat was being released on DVD in the UK, comes word that the show, which follows a group of six students about to embark on the most exciting period of their lives so far (college), will make its USA premiere also exclusively on Hulu and Hulu Plus beginning on Sunday, October 28.
All episodes of the first two seasons will be available on January 10, 2013.
