MMA fans will already be very familiar with Anderson Silva. In fact, some non-MMA fans might know the man as well. With some 5 million Twitter followers, and 4 million Facebook fans, clearly, from all over the world, he's an international superstar that many aren't aware of... yet, because that's about to change as Silva is planning for life after MMA, with acting in and producing films and TV shows, in his sights. He's taken the first step in that direction by signing with ICM Partners for worldwide representation.

The longest-reigning UFC Champion, and the most feared fighter in mixed martial arts, Silva was the subject of an award-winning 2012 feature documentary titled Like Water, which offered a unique perspective of the living legend as he trained with fellow fighters, in preparation for his career defining title defense against challenger, and arch rival Chael Sonnen. A man of few words, and dedicated family man, Anderson Silva walks the fine line between cockiness and confidence.

But his record speaks for itself.

Silva is currently recovering from a horrific broken leg he suffered in a fight against Chris Weidman last December, and is eyeing a return to the Octagon before the end of the year.

Let's see what ICM can do for him as he journeys into a second career.

Check out some career highlights:

Of course he's going from a fighting career to an acting career. Why start a business, etc. when acting's so easy, anyone can do it! You just stand where they tell you and say some lines convincingly. And THIS is what our talented and trained actors are forced to compete against? Oy!
