To put it simply, below is 45 minutes of pure unadulterated joy. It's a video someone put together of James Brown's appearances on Soul Train during the 1970's. We're talking GREAT SOUL MUSIC by the GREATEST of all time.

There are so many highlights I don't know where to begin: Super Bad, Payback, Say It Loud I'm Black and I'm Proud. I mean let's be real here. Could you even imagine anyone singing a song like that today? Beyonce? Lil' Wayne? (He's the ugly, gremlin looking dude with tattoos all over his body making him look like he has leprosy right?) Please, are you kidding?

You kids today. You don't know what you missed.
