Mshika-Shika (DStv Mzansi Magic)
It's been described as part Luther, part The Wire.  And the general consensus is that Mshika-shika-- which translates to The Hustle-- is all entertaining.

Now that it's been released on DVD, you can get familiar with the 5-episode South African dramatic series, from where ever you are in the world.

Mshika-shika, produced by Dv8 Films, "explores family on both sides of the law following a carjacking of a senior politician's daughter's BMW in Mayfair, Johannesburg, and examines how separating the good from the bad is not as easy as it once was."

Richard Lukunku stars in the lead role of Detective Phaka.  SA hip-hop star Mxolisi "Zuluboy" Majozi also stars.

I will definitely check this out, but they need to get Jacob's Cross out on DVD. An awesome Black series that no one in North America knows about!
