You'd think Nick Cannon would want to slow down since his plate seems full after becoming a father of twins and hosting the popular NBC show America's Got Talented...but he's not. He's on a roll! He's just been cast in the new NBC comedy series Up All Night.

The show centers on a new Mom and tv talk show producer, played by Christina Applegate, and her husband, played by Will Arnett. Mya Rudolph also co-stars as the talk show star.

According to TvGuide..."Cannon will play Calvin, the wildly popular co-host to talk show star Ava (Maya Rudolph), who can't help but be jealous of the attention her energetic sidekick receives."

The show will debut September 14 at 10pm.

Prediction: "Up All Night" will last 3 weeks before getting canceled or seriously retooled.

The promos for this show look funny and I was interested in checking it out...not so much is Cannon is involved. Hopefully his role will be a small one.

Anything with "G.O.B. Bluth" gets my attention.

Congrats to Nick. With Maya, Will and even Christina, this should be a funny show. Should ... be ... I will try and remember to VOD-it.
