Noel Clarke's horror sci-fi Storage 24 has closed a number of distribution deals - the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Scandinavia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Turkey and India.

Sorry... no USA pickup.

As a recap its synopsis reads:

London is in chaos. A military cargo plane has crashed leaving its highly classified contents strewn across the city. Completely unaware London is in lockdown, Charlie and Shelley accompanied by best friends Mark and Nikki are at Storage 24 dividing up their possessions after a recent break up. Suddenly, the power goes off. Trapped in a dark maze of endless corridors, a mystery predator is hunting them one by one. In a place designed to keep things in, how do you get out?

Clarke, who co-wrote the screenplay, stars in the film; he plays Charlie. Rounding out the starring cast are Antonia Campbell-Hughes as Shelley, Colin O'Donoghue as Mark, and Laura Haddock as Nikki.

The sales company repping the film at Cannes says that buyers are "really responding to the high-concept story and outstanding special effects."

In the video interview below with, Clarke and director Johannes Roberts talk at length about the project.

Included in the clip is an announcement of plans for a sequel to the film from Clarke himself, saying that he's already talked to execs about it, but it depends on how well this first one does at the box office. IGN is also reporting that Clarke is about to start writing a sequel to his crime thriller 4. 3. 2. 1.

Before then however, you can look for 4. 3. 2. 1 on Blu-ray/DVD froUniversal Home Video on July 31st

Trailer for Storage 24 (out in UK theaters June 29) below if you haven't seen it underneath; first, here's the interview:
