Well, sort of. The cast of the first All-Star Celebrity Apprentice has been revealed.

I'm surprised that the entire Apprentice franchise is still on the air.

The lineup for the new season will feature fan favorites from previous seasons of Celebrity Apprentice, including: Omarosa, Dennis Rodman, Lil Jon, Claudia Jordan, Trace Adkins, Stephen Baldwin, Gary Busey, Penn Jillette, Bret Michaels, Dee Snider, Marilu Henner, La Toya Jackson, Lisa Rinna and Playmate of the Year Brande Roderick.

In All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, the contestants will compete to win $250,000 for their favorite charities, in a season that the ever-modest Trump says will be "another amazing" one!

The question that I'm sure many of you will have is, how the very recent death (about a month ago) of her fiancée Michael Clarke Duncan, will affect Omarosa's state of mind as the show is being tapped, and how the effects of that will affect the other participants, and the overall show.

She's already been painted as one of the early reality TV show Villains (although some would argue that it was a face that she embraced and exploited herself), and I can only wonder if we'll see a different kind of Omarosa in this, or if the show will exploit her grieving.

My concern is that the show sees an opportunity for potential Omarosa drama (as if the show doesn't already have enough with this group of characters). But she's a grown woman and can make decisions for herself. And it is for a good cause.

Is it too soon for her to be on a show (especially a reality TV show) like The Apprentice? Or, as my father said when his mother died that the best way for him to move forward is to keep himself busy with work, as soon as he could get back to it.

What do you guys think?

As for Rodman, La Toya, etc, expect plenty of nuttiness.

It's amazing how support for these worthwhile causes is tied to black people (figuratively) troweling on blackface. It's even more amazing that people are still watching Toupee Fiasco's racist reality show nonsense. It's still more amazing that in 2012 grown-ass black celebrities lack the dignity to refuse to participate in this hot garbage, or the awareness to realize that Trump is an opportunistic racist who has nothing but contempt for them.

Opps... "worthwhile causes" --> is tied to black people (figuratively) troweling on blackface.

"worthwhile causes"?! Miles Ellison, could you submit ANY facts to support ANY - or all - of your porous and nonsensical accusations?

I just don't get how anyone non-poverty stricken, desperate for cash African-American can associate her- or himself with Donald Trump. The man has happily cast himself as Birther GruppenFuhrer of New York City. Unless someone is truly desperate for cash, it boggles my mind how anyone do anything that would legitimize this evil clown-haired jerk.

That's a good picture of Omarosa

Which brings up the question which I have brought up before on S & A. What self-repsecting black person who agree to appear on the show hosted by, as I called him, the Grand Kleagle of the KKK known as Donald Trump? ( and Last season it was Arsenio hall. Now we know who this year. can't anybody say no>

Good point ALM. Is it "right" or justifiable to juxtapose an entertainer's tv persona with their private lives, which we basically know little or nothing about? See, I wasn't aware of Omarosa's history. In fact, her name didn't ring any bell, so I googled her. I then saw her family background, education, political background and her connection to Donald Trump's program (I'll get back to that) and Micheal Clark Duncan. So yes, some of the comments vilifying this woman were disrespectful and totally off-base imo. In respect to Donald Trump's program, is it right to accuse a person of being strapped for cash and/or accuse them of having no self-respect for associating her- or himself with Donald Trump? Hell, regardless of one's political association (i.e. Democrat, Republican, Green Party, etc) television is show business and entertainers - ENTERTAIN. Consequently, if one is an entertainer, I believe it would be counter-productive and a fool's errand to disassociate themselves with those whose political views they disagree with. To that point, what should we call blacks who associate themselves the Weinsteins, Quentin Tarantino and the fortunes 500 companies?

@ JMAC: I hope that you are being facetious. People must start learning to separate the aspects of a person's life. Just because Omarosa plays to the angry stereotype on tv, that doesn't mean she couldn't be an AMAZING girlfriend. It makes me question her being a pastor, though. If it was a publicity stunt, why did she save his life? Why not just be angry and let him suffer, since everyone knows her so well?

How disrespectful! No matter what you think the nature of their relationship is, you couldn't help yourself by making the comment about MCD. Lucky for her? It's sad, some of the things people say on here. Since you are the only one who cares, why don't YOU look into the nature of her relationship with him. And I hope you increase the productivity of your life once your "research" is complete. SMH.

I still want to believe that Arsenio did it as part of some unspoken requirement to get his new talk show. As for the others, none of them ever had any sense - can't say I'm shocked to see those names. I wish Omarosa would just get a real job and stay away from the cameras permanently. Wasn't she on some tacky reality dating show a few years ago on TV One? It's like she has no idea what to do with herself after the first reality show. I almost think she only dated MCD for publicity. Lucky for her he died suddenly... or maybe someone needs to look into that.
