Remember Beverly Johnson?  The first black model to appear in Vogue magazine in 1974?  Well the former model, who now has a very successful wig collection line, has just inked a deal for a reality show with the OWN network.

Named Beverly’s Full House, the docu-series will be..."a 'humorous and heartfelt' look at what happens when three generations of Johnson’s family — her daughter, son-in-law and their newborn daughter — comes together under one roof in her Palm Springs home" according to Deadline

Beverly's daughter, Anansa, is married to former pro-football player David Patterson.  The show will premiere in February 2012.

Not a good sign if the show sounds boring before it makes it to the screen.

I think it's a great idea! Other channels have their shows why not have another one on OWN. I look forward to watching this show! #Realityshowjunkie!

Another bad idea for Lady O. The only thing worth watching on OWN is Sweetie Pies.

Love Sweetie Pie's food! The short ribs, mac n' cheese, and peach cobbler are criminally delicious!!
