About That Popular 'Black Films Don't Sell ...'Pacific Rim' Starring Idris Elba Launches Viral Campaign
Today the viral campaign for the film kicked into high gear. With the launch of a website for Pan Pacific Defense Corps which treated us to little more than a map with a countdown to December 12th. No specifics were given about what will happen on this date but other sites are speculating a trailer. My guess is they are probably correct.
In addition to the web-site a couple of viral videos and a letter have also made an appearance.
Pacific Rim directed by Guillermo del Toro (Pans Labyrnth) is scheduled to open July 2013.
