Paris Barclay Set To Executive Produce And Direct "Sons Of Anarchy"

Wasn't long ago when we alerted you to the news of Paris Barclay directing Greg Grunberg and Nicole Ari Parker in the A&E pilot Big Mike about an an underestimated "plus-size" detective with the San Diego Police Department. Well, Barclay has added another project to his resume. According to Deadline, he just joined the Fox show Sons of Anarchy as an executive producer and principal director.

Sons of Anarchy is a Fox cable drama about the lives of a close-knit outlaw motorcycle club operating in Charming, a fictional town in Northern California. Barclay directed 2 episodes from the show in 2008 and 2009 already.

Barclay has directed and/or executive produced a number of successful productions including the HBO drama In Treatment, City of Angels, NYPD Blue and episodes of Glee.
