Oh my goodness.

According to the AP (Associated Press) and several other news outlets, actor Michael Clarke Duncan has died.

No further details are available yet. But it was in July that Duncan was admitted to the hospital after suffering from a heart attack. It was reported that Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, his fiancée, potentially saved his life by performing CPR on him, before his transport to the hospital.

About a month later, early in August, Duncan was said to have been moved from the hospital's intensive care unit, but remained hospitalized and under the care/watch of doctors.

The above news about his death came from publicist Joy Fehily, who released a statement from Clarke's fiancée, stating that the 54-year-old actor died this morning in a Los Angeles hospital after nearly two months of treatment following the July 13 heart attack.

More on this when we know more, including a proper look at Duncan's career.

RIP Michael Clarke Duncan.

From what I know he had a rep for being a good guy. It is sad his life was cut too short. R.I.P.

I'm just crying my eyes out right now. Loved his personality and how humble he was!! I have always heard great things about this man. I didnt get to follow his career much but he always had such a glow in interviews and appreciation for life, just a fun spirit like Terrry Crews. He and Terry Crews are both from the Midwest they carried a different type of attitude that you dont often see in Hollywood. Nothing phony about them or pretentious. R.I.P.
