For The Love Of Movies... Can We Talk?Royal Shakespeare Company’s “Julius Caesar” Gets West End Treatment In 2012
The Stage is reporting that director Gregory Doran will be taking his production of William Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar to the Noel Coward Theatre next summer, for the World Shakespeare Festival in London’s West End. Did I mention that Doran's version of Julius Caesar is set in contemporary Africa?
Scheduled to appear in this future rendition of “The Bard’s” famous play are veteran actors of screen and stage Paterson Joseph, Adjoa Andoh, Ray Fearon, Jeffery Kissoon and Joseph Mydell.
The exact dates for this production’s run have yet to be announced.
