On the heels of the announcement earlier that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson had officially signed on to co-star in G.I. Joe 2, aka GI Joe: Cobra Strikes, playing a character named Roadblock...
Moments ago, THR revealed in an exclusive that raptor (rapper-turned-actor) RZA (although it's now more like rapper-turned-actor-turned-director) is in negotiations to join the G.I. Joe 2 cast.
RZA will play a martial arts experts (of course!) named Blind Master who trained past Joe commandoes Snake-Eyes and Jinx.
Before that mega-budgeted movie hits theaters, look for RZA's $20 million directorial effort, in which he also stars as a martial arts pro, The Man with the Iron Fists, which should be out later this year, or early next year.
