While he and Michael Jai White work out ideas for the next two Black Dynamite movies (see Tambay's post from earlier today HERE), director Scott Sanders (photo above; he directed the first Black Dynamite film) will helm an action comedy titled Aztec Warrior with Luis Guzman starring.
This will Sanders' first film since Black Dynamite was released in 2009.
Aztec Warrior is said to be set in the world of Lucha libre (or professional wrestling in Spanish-speaking countries).
Terry Crews, Nadine Velazquez, Eugenio Derbez and Desperate Housewives’ Lupe Ontiveros are all set to co-star in the project which has been financed (courtesy of Lionsgate and Grupo Televisa), with filming to start in New Orleans in July.

Really liked Black Dynamite, but I'm not a wrestling fan. Not sure if I'll be able to focus on Aztec Warrior's storyline.
