This is a great pairing because I believe Kat has a lot more to say with his sardonic and unapologetically irreverent brand of comedy. Having said that it's his new material that matters most; whether or not Spike has Kat's 'ear' to shape Kat's creative voice and statement. Otherwise this show will be well executed and look great on screen but still tout that same ratchet-style Kat litter (albeit very funny) I'm still waiting for the insightful thought-provoking complexity and maturity I know Kat's capable of delivering.
