Steve Harris is reuniting with his Awake producer Howard Gordon to co-star in TNT’s drama pilot Legends, which is based on the novel by Robert Littell, and centers on an undercover CIA operative (played by Sean Bean) who is also a chameleon of sorts, who is able to suitably transform himself into a different person for each job.
Harris will play a character named Yates, who's the director of the D.C.O. Task Force responsible for reinstating Martin.
Anyone read the novel to shed some light on the character Harris will play, and his involvement in the story?
Harris will next be seen in Regina King's feature film directorial debut - an adaptation of Reshonda Tate Billingsley's 2005 novel Let The Church Say Amen for BET, co-starring alongside Naturi Naughton, Lela Rochon, Hosea Sanchez, and Collins Pennie.

Happy to see Steve Harris working but this concept sounds like "The Pretender" meets "The Saint".
