Support the Final Funding Push for Festival of the New Black Imagination

Rob Fields, commonly known from the music/culture blog Bold as Love, recently launched the Festival of the New Black Imagination, an event designed to celebrate ideas springing forth from 21st century urban cultural producers.

Scheduled for October 15th in Brooklyn, New York, the all-day festival consists of panel discussions and performances encompassing music, theater, literature, and film, as well as game-changing social innovation. Participants include musicians, cultural critics, ethnomusicologists, architects and designers, to name a few.

To defray the costs of hosting the event, which is without corporate sponsorship, Rob has taken his fundraising initiative directly to the people. Find his pitch below:
