Hallmark Channel has announced that The Watsons Go To Birmingham, a Hallmark Channel Original Movie, will World Premiere on Friday, September 20 (8pm ET/PT, 7C).

Oprah Winfrey's OWN Network Receives First Ever Primetime Emmy Nomination

Before this morning's announcement, I wondered whether Oprah Winfrey's OWN network would receive any Primetime Emmy nominations this year. As I said in that post, the network only very recently entered into the original scripted dramatic and comedy series space, and I didn't believe anything in the fledgling network's lineup in those categories, would be nominated at this point, adding that if OWN receives any nominations at all, they'll be in the Reality TV, or any of the other *special* categories.

Airing tonight on Channel 4 in the UK, is Lennie James' segment of the 4-part drama series titled Run, which tells the stories of struggle of four seemingly unconnected characters.In James' part, he plays a character named Richard - a recovering heroin addict desperate to re-establish contact with his daughter.Here's a longer synopsis:Richard is a recovering heroin addict who spends every day struggling to stay clean. Only one thing spurs him on; the possibility of re-establishing contact with his teenage daughter.
