So here's the synopsis for this upcoming movie:
"Three married couples trying to spice up their marriages go on a retreat run by a sexy psychologist and her handsome husband at a tranquil Malibu estate. Encouraged to share their innermost feelings, the fun begins when secrets are revealed and hearts are challenged."
I know what you're thinking. Wasn't that the premise for a Tyler Perry movie? I know it sounds familar. But nope, this isn't a Tyler Perry joint but a Paul Hannah joint, The Marriage Chronices.
Written and directed by Hannah and starring Jazsmin Lewis, Terri J. Vaughn, Persia White, Darrin Dewitt Henson, Aunt Viv herself Vivica A. Fox and, of course, who else but Clinton Powell the hardest working brother in movies. (That is next to Tony Todd.)
The film comes out on DVD through Entertainment One on, naturally, Valentine's Day Feb 14th
