The short story goes... On New Year's Eve six friends reunite to celebrate the new year; As the night progresses, the revelry soon gives in to long-seated conflicts as well as joys and hopes for a better future.
So it's essentially one of those 1-location ensemble dramas that starts out amicably enough, but then, to quote Martin Lawrence in Bad Boys, shit gets real.
Cavi Borges & Sabrina Rosa are listed as directors, and the feature film will screen next at the Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles, which begins next week, February 9th.
I'll be at the festival for about half of it and I just might give this a look if my schedule allows.
