Perhaps the most acclaimed film of 2011, Steve James' documentary The Interrupters, will make its broadcast premiere on BBC Four in the UK this Sunday night Dec. 4 at 21:00 (or 9PM)

The film, which will be shown as part of BBC Four's Storyville documentary series,  chroncles the efforts, as well as the struggles, by a dedicated group of people who work to prevent violent crime before it happens in urban Chicago
