Paris Peripherique is a new short film which made its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner this year and will make it's U.S. premiere at the Harlem International Film Festival starting today through September 11

Directed by Mozell Miley-Bailey, who previously worked in TV network PR and as a TV producer, the film deals an aspiring young American writer (Brisa DeLa Selva) who moves to Paris dreaming of an Eiffel Tower-ed romantic city only to find herself in an apartment by the suburbs with a broken television and a lonely French Moroccan guy played by Martinique/Moroccan newcomer Mohammed Marine. Sounds very "ooh-la-la"
