TV One is planting its flag in the docu-series land of TV broadcasts. As announced last week, it's adding Celebrity Crime Files to its lineup - a new original investigative series premiering Monday, October 15 (10 pm ET), that will delve into what it calls some of the most controversial crimes of our generation - specifically, the rise and fall of the entertainment, sports and literary world's most prominent and promising figures.

And now comes today's news that the network has renewed its popular and longest-running original series for a 6th season.

Details below via press release from TV One.

I definitely like this lineup. I will be checking for it.

I do hope they would one day make an episode on Larry Graham to make up for leaving him out of the Sly & The Family Stone episode.
